Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements policies and procedures for production of documents, work flow, records maintenance, and other clerical services. Responsible for bookkeeping, purchasing, payroll, human resources, reports for other departments, and support to management.

Essential Functions:
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to direct and supervise administrative assistant’s efforts. Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Must have excellent computer skills and a background in bookkeeping.
