Overview:
Provides administrative support to the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing vistors, processing mail, data entry, and requesting vendor quotations. Works closely with Office Administrator.
Essential Functions:
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must work acurately and be able to follow direction. Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Must have excellent computer skills and some bookeeping experience.
Work experience requirements:
1-3 years relevant administrative experience.
Education Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent experience.
